Distance Selling Agreement Terms

Distance purchase agreement between SIA BALTGRAN (Seller) and the Buyer. The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer according to the order. Terms effective from October 19, 2025.

Ordering Process

  • • Select product quantity
  • • Provide payer information
  • • Choose delivery or factory pickup
  • • Enter delivery/pickup address

Pricing Policy

  • • Delivery price calculated automatically
  • • Depends on volume and location
  • • Seller may change prices
  • • Changes do not apply to existing orders

Payment Terms

  • • After placing an order, the Buyer receives a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order
  • • The order is considered confirmed (contract concluded) once payment has been received
  • • Payment can be made by card or bank transfer, using the Klix payment solution
  • • All payments are processed in a secure, encrypted environment
  • • An invoice for the order is sent to the email address provided by the Buyer

Delivery Terms

  • • Delivery within 7-14 working days after payment; these timeframes may vary and the Buyer will be informed via the product page or by direct contact
  • • Working days from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM
  • • The Seller contacts the Buyer once the product is ready for dispatch, to agree on the best delivery time
  • • Transport service provider contacts 30 min. before delivery
  • • Recipient must be available at address

Working Hours: Every day 08:00-12:30; 13:30-18:00

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

  • • Withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods, by submitting a withdrawal form to the Seller
  • • Buyer covers return costs, unless the goods are damaged or do not match the order
  • • Withdrawal at the time of delivery, if the goods have already been dispatched - 150% of the delivery cost applies
  • • After delivery, the Buyer delivers the goods back to the factory within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request
  • • Return address: Ķekavas nov., Daugmales pag., "Ogas", LV-2124
  • • If withdrawal is submitted before delivery - 100% refund within one week
  • • Goods must be in original packaging and unused condition
  • • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured to the Buyer's individual order, or where the goods are damaged through the Buyer's fault

Refund Terms

  • • Refunds are issued within 14 days from the day the Seller receives the returned goods or proof that they have been sent
  • • The refund is made using the same payment method the Buyer used for the original transaction
  • • If payment was made by card via Klix, the refund is issued to the same card
  • • Delivery costs are refunded up to the amount of the standard delivery option; any difference for a more expensive delivery option chosen by the Buyer is not refunded

Order Cancellation Terms

  • • An order can be cancelled free of charge before the goods are dispatched, by contacting the Seller by email or phone
  • • If a paid order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount is refunded within 14 days
  • • Cancellation after the goods have been dispatched is treated as an exercise of the right of withdrawal and is handled under the withdrawal rights terms

Dispute Resolution Terms

  • • Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between the parties
  • • If no agreement is reached, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre (PTAC)
  • • The Buyer has the right to bring a claim before the courts in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia
